Getting to HairPeople
HairPeople is 50 metres from the LUAS tram, green line, and Harcourt stop. Thrillseekers can get off at the Charlemont stop.
HairPeople is a 10-minute walk south from St. Stephen’s Green and Grafton Street, and towards the city centre from Ranelagh.
There’s a bus stop 20 metres from the salon, number 1015.
There’s on-street parking on Adelaide Road, Earlsfort Terrace, and Harcourt Terrace. Payment is required to 7pm, Mon-Sat. There’s also paid parking in the nearby Camden Court hotel, if you’re feeling fancy.
We’re adjacent to the main Dublin south city hotels, and also Dublin’s Silicon Docks for all you tech heads. The Grand Canal is nearby, beautiful at any time of year.
Interestingly, Adelaide Road was named during the reign of the Hanoverian Queen Adelaide of the 1830s. She was the wife of the King of Britain and Ireland and Hanover (yes, in Germany), William IV. Before her time, the road was known as the Old Circular Road, which can be seen on old maps. We kinda like that. What do you think?
