At HairPeople Salon, our goal is to provide you with the highest quality hair services and products. We greatly appreciate your loyalty and support, so it is with mixed emotions that we must share some important news regarding our pricing.
Effective from September 1, 2023, we will be implementing a 10% price increase on all our services, including those that have been pre-booked. This decision has not been taken lightly and is a result of cost increases from all our suppliers, which were implemented beginning in January 2023, as well as ongoing increases in electricity and heating costs.
Additionally, I must inform you that there will be a change in the VAT (Value Added Tax) on our services as mandated by Government policy. The VAT on services is due to increase from the current rate of 9% to 13.5%, effective September 1, 2023. However, please note that the VAT on products will remain unchanged at 23%.
